First Appointment
One hour fully comprehensive appointment (further appointments 30 mins) with Sophia for her to analyse your current belly fat or loose skin issues to create your personalised plan to give you the best results whilst best matching your current lifestyle. This plan will include all the bespoke nutrition, exercise, emotional eating, body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat knowledge, tips and secrets you need to change your belly for the better forever this time.
Second appointment
Sophia checks, analyses and discusses the success of your results since your first appointment. This appointment is when she takes you to the next level with faster strategies to speed up your visceral and subcutaneous fat loss, toning, and exercise tips to further enable a long-term ironing board stomach. At this point, emotional eating or drinking can also be covered using CBT and NLP techniques that produce outstanding, quick, yet sustainable solutions.
Third Appointment
Sophia now discusses your unique health, hormones, vitamins, cortisol, sleep, positivity, gut health needs, and strategies to reverse the original cause of your belly fat gains. It is never too late to reverse these causes. Sophia is nearly 60 years old but has clients ranging in age from 18 to 85.
Fourth Appointment
Sophia will spend the appointment analysing and explaining your body type; therefore, your unique exercise needs to get your belly tight, toned, lean, and flat in the shortest possible time. This will be completely sustainable, and you will never need to visit a gym! Sophia will also outline your ongoing strategy so you can constantly improve and maintain your flat stomach results.
